Understanding Alzheimer's disease and Dementia

In observance of Home Care Month and in keeping with our theme of Hearts2Home, Society's Assets is hosting two free informational programs that promote memory care and offer suggestions for caring for those with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other conditions. Learn about symptoms, personality changes, challenging behaviors, overcoming communication barriers, and adaptive equipment.

A nurse, along with an independent living coordinator will present.  There will also be a Q & A session, a light lunch, blood pressure screenings, and a resource table.

Wear purple to the program in support of a world without Alzheimer's disease.
