Sincerely, Beth Rendall There will be free meditation classes offered at the Unitarian Universalist Church of the Lakes in Elkhorn starting Tuesday, March 8th from 6:30-8:00 p.m. There's a total of 5 classes on 5 consecutive Tuesdays. People can attend as many as they would like. These are beginning Shambhala meditation classes and will be taught by Rebecca McAllister who is a nurse practioner teaches nursing, and runs her own wellness consulting practice.
