Injury Prevention & Performance Enhancement for Runners

This hands-on seminar will address injury prevention and performance enhancement, applying the most current evidence-based knowledge to help you perform at your best! The seminar will last about two hours and include:

  • Flexibility
  • Foam Roller exercises
  • Stability training
  • Improve running efficiency
  • Nutrition for performance and  recovery
  • Prevention & Treatment of Common Running injuries including
    • IT Band Syndrome
    • Shin Splints
    • Knee Pain
    • Plantar Fasciitis
    • Low back Pain
