Today's world is filled with so many stressors that can impact our health. Mindfulness strategies can assist individuals from overreacting or feeling overwhelmed by daily circumstances. The EASD Resiliency Coalition invites the community to a conversation on mindfulness. A chiropractor, yoga instructor, and nutritionist will discuss the physical benefits of mindfulness and demonstrate simple strategies that can be incorporated into a daily routine. Local counselors will also be on hand to share resources that are available to assist participants in deepening their mindfulness abilities.
