Elkhorn RibFest

Enjoy the Largest BBQ Festival in Wisconsin!  Elkhorn Ribfest is celebrating its 2nd year of good food, good music and good times. Admission and parking are free.  Over 40,000 visitors are expected this year to get a taste of the best BBQ in the nation.  Professional BBQ companies from as far away as Australia and Jamaica compete for your vote for the Ribfest trophy.  Live music will entertain you from noon to 11:00pm on Friday July 14 and Saturday July 15 and from noon to 7:00pm on Sunday July 16.  New this year is the addition of carnival rides for the young and old along with a craft artisan village and a trade show featuring everything from hot tubs to motorcycles.  A community division BBQ competition will take place on Sunday July 16.  Amatuer  backyard chefs will compete against each other for the best ribs.  Judging will be done by professional BBQ chefs.     Anyone interested in competing, exhibiting or needing more information should go to www.walworthcountyfair.com or email office@walworthcountyfair.com.  You can find the event on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/events/1053562031399610/
