Cooking with Jenny Wehmeier

Join Elkhorn Area High School Culinary Arts Instructor Jenny Wehmeier and her culinary students for an evening of back to basics in the culinary world.  They’ll demonstrate how to properly hold a knife, practice some basic knife cuts with you, and create a tasty mirepoix for you to take home. Next, we will satisfy your sweet tooth as we learn about decorating equipment such as couplers, tips, and pastry bags.  You’ll decorate an item to take home to enjoy! This workshop is great for beginning chefs or those who want to brush up on their technique.
