Complimentary passed appetizers begin at 5:30 with the Cash bar opening at 5:00pm. The dinner buffet is served at 6:30 which included the Evergreen house salad, baked salmon with honey mustard teriyaki glaze, Chicken cordon bleu with four cheese sauce, chef carved Prime Rib with horseradish and cream sauce, seasonal vegetable medley, potato of choice and a dessert and coffee service.
