Alzheimer's Community Forum

Community forums provide an opportunity to ask questions about the disease, learn about resources, and discover how to join the fight against Alzheimer's disease. The valuable community feedback will help the Association better identify needs, gaps in resources and opportunities. 
Friday July 12th, 2 pm -4 pm  at the Aging & Disability Resource Center, Auditorium. Light refreshments will be provided. Registration is requested
