AARP Smart Driver Course
Drivers 50 and older, refresh your driving skills and know the rules of the road! Learn research-based driving strategies to help you stay safe behind the wheel. You will learn: * Defensive driving techniques * Proven safety strategies * New traffic laws, rules of the road, handling left turns, right-of-way and roundabouts * And more! Plus, there are no tests to pass - you simply sign up and learn. Upon completion you may be able to receive a multi-year discount on your car insurance. Check with your insurance company! Cost: $20 for AARP members $25 for non-members Pay day of class - cash or check only! Checks made payable to: AARP *Please bring your AARP card and driver's license. Some automobile insurance companies provide premium discounts. You are encouraged to check with your insurance agent before completing the AARP Smart Driver Course for possible discounts.
